Admissions
Admission Procedures for New Kindergarten K4 and K5 Students-
Each prospective applicant and his/her parents/guardian must do the following:

Arrange a tour and interview with the admissions office.

Submit a certified copy of the student’s birth certificate.

Submit a State of Florida Immunization Record and physical form.

Submit a copy of the student’s social security card.
